Kāna Trio

This percussion trio spectacularly addresses an urgent issue: how should we relate to nature? Are we still part of it? The Kāna Trio wades through human noise and pollution for a clear answer. They play ‘flawlessly together, powerful but never too loud’, according to the jury of Dutch Classical Talent. ‘Without any of the frills, they show that rhythm is in everything and everyone.’

Dutch Classical Talent 
Dutch Classical Talent is a promotional programme for talented young Dutch musicians. Laureates include Tania Kross, Lavinia Meijer, Nora Fischer, the Van Baerle Trio and the Berlage Saxophone Quartet, to name but a few noteworthy names. Talent in itself is not enough to make it to the finals of Dutch Classical Talent. Participants are expected to present unique and stimulating programs, a clear vision and a touch of boldness.
