Sunday Sounds is the perfect way to get to know the Muziekgebouw and each other in an informal setting. Together with theater maker Milena Haverkamp (Veenfabriek), we organize a musical picnic three times a year on a Sunday afternoon in the Entrance Hall, always with a special place for the work of a new generation of makers. The program consists of short performances with something for everyone, also fun for families. Come and enjoy music, performances and of course your own picnic basket.

This edition of Sunday Sounds includes performances by ADAM Quartet and double bassist Sasha Witteveen together with pianist Jorian van Nee and double bassist Jose David Ospina Gaviria. The young ADAM Quartet graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam in 2020. Now it studies under the care of Marc Danel at the Dutch String Quartet Academy. The quartet has previously performed in the Muziekgebouw at the String Quartet Biennale and in Kronos' 50 for the Future.
